CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
At Alashiqa General Trading (AGT), we understand that project requirements can change. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms under which an order can be cancelled.
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier or loaded for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- Timed Window: Non-customized standard products can typically be cancelled within 12-24 hours of order placement, provided they haven't entered the shipping phase.
- Customized Orders: Orders for customized industrial equipment or specially configured systems (such as those via our Expert Configurator) cannot be cancelled once production or configuration has begun.
- Refund for Cancellation: If a cancellation is accepted, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cancellation Fees: In some cases, if procurement from a third-party manufacturer has already been initiated, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
Alashiqa General Trading reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately, and the customer will be notified.
