EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
At Alashiqa General Trading (AGT), we understand that sometimes a different specification or model might be better suited for your industrial needs. Our exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
- Eligibility for Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different model, send us an email at info@alashiqa.com.
- Exchange Timeframe: Request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Technical inspection may be required for certain industrial equipment.
- Price Difference: If the new item selected for exchange has a higher price, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it has a lower price, a credit note will be issued for the balance.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To start an exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at +973 1764 3654 or email info@alashiqa.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Provide clear photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, bring the item to our Salmabad warehouse or arrange for its courier return.
- After inspection, your new product will be prepared for delivery or pickup.
