REFUND GUIDELINES
At Alashiqa General Trading (AGT), we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help through our transparent refund process.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide a credit note. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the refund process.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made products, used lubricants/oils, and clearance items, are non-refundable.
