SHIPPING GUIDELINES
At Alashiqa General Trading (AGT), we strive to deliver your industrial products efficiently and safely. Our shipping policies are designed to ensure transparency and reliability.
- Domestic Shipping (Bahrain): We provide delivery across all regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
- GCC Regional Shipping: As authorized dealers for LUBCON and UWT Germany in the GCC, we ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. Shipping times vary by location, typically ranging from 3-7 business days.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
- Warehouse Pickup: Customers also have the option to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse in Salmabad during business hours.
- Inspection upon Delivery: We recommend inspecting all packages upon receipt. If any damage is visible, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume of the items, and the delivery location. These will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
